Hi guy suppose you are simple a civilian in any state of India. You want became a chief minister of state,first you join any party in state who reach the magic figure of making goverment in state legislature. When join this type of party you will have to elected for the leader of party or your party will supported you for a cheif minister candidate. This is they only way that you have to do. But some constitutional criteria is your age has been 35 or more than 35, you are not mad or able for voting, you are not disqualify by judicial or any constitutional laws.
