  1. Which country are you in?

If you are in the US there is no FAA age requirement.  Different airlines will have different requirements.  Most regional airlines will accept FA, flight attendant, applications at the age of 18 or 19 (legally you must be 19 years of age to serve alcohol).  Most major and corporate airlines require applicants to be 21 (again, there are always exceptions).

The majority of airlines require a high school diploma/GED, but do not require a college degree.  The standards for regional airlines will always be less than major or corporate airlines, but the pay is always less as well.  On the flip side, regionals are nearly always hiring, while majors and corporate companies will have peaks and valleys in hiring.  There are very few airlines (regional, major, or corporate) that require previous FA experience. So if you have the credentials and opportunity go for major or corporate!
