  1. I do not know, I live in America..but it would be a good job,as long as I don't have to eat fish or sushi.

  2. go somewhere and do a critic for the local paper even if they have not asked

    see what happens

  3. There is a course in London I read about it in a Saturday newspaper - link below should help.

  4. Lousy question.

[we] go out often to lunch: so what? I eat lunch every day too.

A critic needs to quantify what they say and say it with some clarity. What are you're children doing featuring in the question? Are they yummy red herrings?

And "thid"? Blimey, you'll want to become editors or proof readers next.

    Hello?

P.S. I'm not usually this irritable - I was tired when I wrote this. I suppose I do wish you good luck. But please focus harder.

  5. Food critics tend to come from a Restuarant management or a chef background, just as a hotel critic comes from a hotel background.

Having gone to a restaurant, write a review on it, and submit it to some of your nearby papers.  They will call you if interested.

BTW, Food critics don't get free lunches at restaurants, they pay the meal and then get re-imburst by the person who publishes the article.

  6. just start writing critiques for each restarant that you go to and start a blog with them, then, once you think you are pretty good, start submitting them to the local papers and maybe some websites..

  7. we would all like that.
