  1. Learn to box and have the weight. It's so simple

  2. you first of all have to be of a certain body type in order to be a heavyweight. To learn how to box find a boxing gym near you and start training.

  3. CHEESE BURGERS

    HAM BURGERS

    TURKEY BURGERS

    BEEF BURGERS

    CHICKEN BURGERS

    JUST EAT F(_)CK!N9  BURGERS

  4. exercise daily....keep ur body fit and flexible....take nutritous and healthy food...dont use any drugs stuffs....warm up daily...

  5. Best thing you could do now that the heavyweight division is probably the weakest(and by that i mean it lacks talent) I'd say be very cardiovascularly fit and develop a great jab...

All the best heavyweights had jabs.. Ali and Larry Holmes... Lewis had a d**n good jab too

  6. You don't say how old you are. But anyway the first thing is to join a boxing gym, learn to box, and train however your trainer tells you to. You will have to box at your natural weight. You can bulk up to an extent provided you do so carefully. The most anyone has gone up is from middleweight (160lbs) to heavyweight (over 175lbs) - this was done by James Toney (now boxing at 230lb) and Roy Jones Jr (who went to 196lb to fight John Ruiz).
