How to become a high school teacher in Oregon?

I am an out of state high school student planning my college/career ahead of me. I plan to go to college in Oregon and become a teacher there after I graduate. What are the steps to do this? I plan to major in Spanish and then become a Spanish teacher at an Oregon high school. Can you tell me what are the steps to doing this?
