I'm deciding to become a nurse for my career once i finish highschool, and I was wondering how do you qualify to be a baby nurse, like one who cleans them off after they're born, helps moms afterwards, takes care of the babies in the nursery, etc., is their a certain name for that type of nurse?

thanks :)

  1. go to school , become a nurse and then choose your field

  2. You need to enroll and be accepted in a 4 year BSN program at a college or university. Once you've successfully complete your BSN degree to your university standard (usually around a 2.0 GPA) then you can take a board licensing exam to practice in the state or province. To become a pediatric nurse, it comes with experience.
