  1. I suggest that you study something different and become a paranormal investigator on the side. This is because sometimes it is difficult to find a case where paranormal activities in going on which means that you would hardly get any viable source of income.

  2. There's really no such thing. It's like how do I become a model train engineer. All you have to do is do it.Go with the High tech science.you'll forget about the nonsense.Take key boarding and spelling. It will help whatever you do.

  3. There are no certifications for paranormal investigation. Trust me, I am a paranormal investigator. We do it for free-no paycheck!,,,because we love doing it!

When you are 18 look into joining a local group....but be prepared for a lot of work. But if it's what you want to do you won't mind that!

  4. There are not really any classes you can take.  There are next to no colleges that teach anything in the paranormal field.  I would suggest reading a lot of books about it.  There are hundreds of different opinions out there about how to ghost hunt and what you are looking for.  You have to decide whether or not you want to do it for yourself, in which case proof is not required, or if you want to try to prove that ghosts exist, in which case proof is required, but no one will believe it.  Or they will accuse you of talking to Satan or demons (which, in my opinion, it is not Satan or demons. It's just people good and bad.). You can not charge any one to investigate their homes, so unless you write a book about your opinions and adventures, there is no money in it either.

Here is a book to start out with.  I always recommend this book because it is the first one I read, and I have been able to prove a lot of what it talks about in the field.  If it works go by it.  So, go buy it.  The Ghost Hunters Guide Book  by Troy Taylor.  Here is a web site to buy it from (About $13.00)

  5. You have to learn to be able to tell people what they want to hear. Like, if someone you are talking to had a friend or brother who died recently, you have to be able to say, "I feel he's trying to tell you that he's peaceful now so don't worry" and say that with a serious look on your face without laughing.

Then those people will give you money for your help.

There is no license or college or any legal requirement to become a PI. Just advertise that you are one.

Especially if you are only 15. Many disturbed adults will believe you are some 'mystery child' or somehow wiser than they are. Then they'll give you money.

  6. Avoid any classes or certifications.  Anything you see along those lines will be nothing but sucker traps.  I am quite serious when I say all you need to do to become an investigator of the paranormal is to say, "I am an investigator of the paranormal."  Rather than watching dramatized shows on TV (Ghost Hunters, Paranormal State, etc.) I would recommend you take as many science classes as possible.

  7. you have to go to PIU.  I hear they have a good football team.  go galloping ghosts!!

  8. then tech classes would be good, and a degree in computer tech or investigation, but be propared to make very little money for the rest of your life, paranormal investigators usually dont get paid much at all, and their arnt many organizations so getting a job is hard. your average PI makes less than a teacher
