  1. There is no set way it happens.  It's different for every player.

So keep playing and if you ever get good enough... the way to become pro will play itself out right before your eyes.

  2. I suggest you to try IMG Academies, they have really good opportunities for golf, I went there for a half year, it's all about golf. After you have good golf skills than you want to start playing AJGA event.

You can go to http://www.imgacademies.com/golf/jump.sp... to get some info

    Or try IJGA www.ijga.com

  3. I am not a pro golfer lol. But I am a college golfer.

The first step is to get exposed to tournament play. I would recommend playing in AJGA events. You get a lot more exposure and noticed by division 1 schools.

I can tell you now the key to shooting low scores is from a 100 yard and in. If you can master your short game, there is no reason for you not to shoot low scores.

As for the rest, I don't know lol. I am still working on it

  4. You must spend money to become good.  I'm sorry, but you must dedicate your life to playing, practicing, and competing.  Definately play in AJGA tournamnets/qualifiers and USGA events.  Do your best in all of them so that college coaches can notice you.  Once in college, and hopefully on a DI or DII team, you will be able to experience tougher golf with nicer courses and tough competition.  Once finished with college, reevaluate yourself and ask if it is really realistic to make it as a professional.  If yes, then pay 25000 and head to florida for q school.

  5. Before you put a serious mind to becoming a professional golfer you must exhibit extraordinary talent for playing this game. That would be the ability to shoot 4 over par consistently on a par 72 regulation course at ages 12 thru 14; improve to a 2 to 3 handicap at ages 15 and 16 and be a scratch golfer by the time you enter college. If you develop a handicap of from plus2 to plus 4, look to join the mini-tours for which you must qualify with others of similiar skills.

  6. I'd join an open professional mini-circuit tour(technically this is pro because you are playing for prize money). I would get lessons, get in the weight room to improve your drive which is doing lunges to improve the hip flexors(the muscles used in a golf swing) and I would hold a medeince ball and rotate the hips. Once you start getting your scores in the 70's, then you can spend money to play in some PGA events. Win some money on the money list then qualify for a tour card or go to Q-school.

  7. Here is a golf guide ebook, it sells very well online, and I have got one too, I love this book very much, there are a lot good tip for you to practice, and now I have improved my golf ability . So I think you can try this book too, go here to see more detail and buy.

  8. Simple, enter golf tournaments, and win them.
