start at a very young age and get 'scouted'

go through the motogp academy or whatever its called thing.

either way you have to have been riding from an early age.

So here we go, another MotoGO race finished so another question is asked. Here it is, the most used answer on a Sunday ever :

If you are old enough to type the question, you are too old to start.

You need to racing [ anything ] mini-moto / go kart / off road dirt bikes, when you are about 5/6.

Be a club champion by 8.

Be signed up by a local main agent by 10.

Be in the MotoGP Academy in Spain by 12.

Be winning the Spanish Championship by 14.

Be racing full time for a factory team by 15.

Be racing for the World Championship by the time you are 16.

....................... or just be called be Bradley Smith, et al, as that is his last few years.

  

This takes over a decade to plan for, massive talent and parents who are willing to sell there home just to get you there ( ALA Smith, Hopkins & Stoner, to name a few )

Unless you have been riding and racing since you were 4 years old then you have a lot of work ahead of you.  If you could build a time machine and go back to when you were 4 it may be easier to do that.

Otherwise you had best start learning very quickly and get noticed very quickly.  

I would elaborate more but as proc has stated this is asked just so often by the millions of people who all have decided just the same thing that it would be easier to hit the discover button

learn the rules and the basics of race and then learn about bikes

and the main thing to learn is to ride the bike.
