How to become a resident/citizen?

Ok, so my parents came to America with a visa and were residents. I was with them and was like 6 years old.

I've been here about 10- years now.

The visa expired.

Is there any way, besides marrying a citizen or going back and applying and waiting to become a resident?

Also, will I be able to get my license? My dad gets his.

What kind of visa did they have?  For the license, you need to have a SSN to get one. And where are your parents now? Give more info!
