How to become a spanish teacher in Arkansas?

i'm planning on that career... I'm fluent in spanish.... but I move here(Arkansas) & I don't know where to start.... also, is different than California....

Check with the Arkansas dept of education.  You didn't say if you had a degree or not.  Without a degree, I doubt you can become a spanish teacher.  But, many schools hire fluent speakers to teach an LEP (limited English proficiency) class for English language learners and here in the south most of them are spanish speaking students.
