well sweetie , i really dont think u have a chance , cuz saudia arabia isnt much of a tourist country .. ppl from other countries come here 4 makkah and maddinah the most .. or 2 live here :) .. so ill suggest u find a more tourist country ... but gd luck :) .. hope ive helped ...

Lulu, it is not easy at all to obtain a tourist visa to KSA. Only a few tour operators are licensed to bring in tourists. I heard that after Ramadan 18 more tour operators would be licensed to bring in tourists. Very slowly KSA is opening the door to tourism. But - I am quiet sure that women younger than 30 years will not be allowed to enter KSA unaccompanied.

Not knowing which country you are from I would advise you to go to a reputated travel agency and ask for your opportunities. (Assumining that you are a non Muslim).
