how do you become one i want to be an analyst then become a hedge fund manager if i do good?

Go to school (college) and study finance.  Try to get an internship on Wall Street.  Maybe you or someone in your family has a connectioin?  Speak with guidance counsellors at school.

You'll need a first class education (and given the grammar you use you don't have it) followed by a top-drawer MBA.  Most major I-Banks and hedge funds hire graduating MBAs from the top 10 programs.
