How to become accountant?

I have done B.Com(regular) and MCA(correspondence),My programming skill is not so good so i want to make career in accounting field,another reason is that after few months i am also planing to go Australia where accounting is at boom.Please suggest me few courses to get the job as an accountant.

I'm not too sure that there's a huge demand for accountants in Australia, but anyway.

I've thrown some links in the references box for you to have a look at.

There are two University courses (first two), and then a TAFE one. It'd be more recognised if you took on a Bachelors' degree at a Uni, but whatever you want.
