How do you become an olympic diver from zero expereience in 4-8 years? By the way, I'm 15.

Practice and practice. Join any swimming activity possible like school diving team. Get a job like being a life guard. Do everything that has to do with diving but don't go over the edge. Then tell your coaches you want to join the olympics and h**l surely tell you how to get there.
