  1. No, you can't do a pharmacy major in 4 years of college. You need at least 2 years of college before you can apply to pharmacy school and you need to complete all the required courses. Then it's a another 4 years in pharmacy school before you get your PharmD.(Doctor of pharmacy). You can learn more about pharmacy school and other things related to it at the American Association of Colleges and Pharmacy(AACP) site. http://www.aacp.org/site/tertiary.asp?TR...

If you want to become pharmacist and doctor it's going to take a very long time. 6-8 years to become a pharmacist and 11-15 years to become a doctor. That is separate though, if you wish to do both then it would take 15-19 years to do both. That's a very long time and both pharmacy school and medical school are both very difficult. Are you willing to go through that much schooling for both? I think you should just make up your mind and go with one of them, not both.

If you're wondering about the pay, pharmacists typically make about $88,000-$100,000 per year in the U.S. The range for doctors is much larger depending on what type of doctor you want to become and the type of facility you'll work in but you can expect to earn more than you would as a pharmacist. But remember, you'll have to endure more years of school to become a doctor.

So now it's up to you to decide which is the right career for you.
