how do i become flexible fats as in doin right,left,and center splits.i know u have to do strectches but are they're any specific ones

  1. There isnt really a way to be flexable super fast all you have to do is stretch everyday. Take atleast 30 seconds each strech.You will improve your flexabilty


  2. Add yoga or Pilate's to your workouts.

    You will see a huge improvement in flexibility and strength. You will also be less prone to injury

    EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!

    don't stop, it will become a habit

    there is no "fast way"

    it takes time!

    try making a routine so it will be consistent
