How to become flexible?

Ok, How can i train myself to be more flexible? I want to be able to touch my hands to the ground while standing and not bending my knees. Things like that. How can i train m self over time to be able to do these things?

  2. slow stretches and be careful not to over do it or you can seriously hurt yourself

  3. I would recommend trying yoga classes or if you're not confident enough to join a class buy a yoga dvd to practice at home. Yoga will not only improve your flexibility, it will also strengthen and tone the whole of your body and improve your posture. I cant think of a better way to become more flexible!
