U could take lessons and practice A LOT. watch tennis matches and watch the way that they move and the way they position to hit the ball

uhm, this question is really a simple one. Practice with your friends, that are better than you. You will always improve  Sign up at a community center that has tennis lessons. When your done playing at night, before you go to sleep watch videos of tennis and tips, its a great way to relax and focus your mind.

Here's a different take on your question.  Of course taking lessions is the most important thing to do!  The more you play against good competition the better you will become.  My technique involves hitting the ball against a concrete or wood wall and the ball comes back at almost double speed!

You really have to move fast to intercept the returns.  Then going out on the court won't seem quite as fast!  Have fun!

Well, first you need a bag, water bottle, racquet, tennis balls, and a court. Go find a local pro to help you on your game. If that doesn't work, I have no idea what to tell ya. Get lessons or somethin.
