How to become more flexible?

Ok so I love to dance! But I need to find a way to be for flexible. Is it better to stretch in the morning or later in the day? Please help!!! I really need it!

  4. i stretch ALL day long. When im not with a client at work, i stretch when im watchin tv, i stretch. i do it when i wake up and before i go to bed. I have made myself EXTREMELY flexible and lost weight because of it - its the greatest discovery EVER!! haha

    can never hurt to do it as often as you can and it feels soooo good!

  5. stretching can be done any time. usually when you wake up in the morning your body is a bit stiff. you can do it anytime. you can do yoga. its the best way to stretch. you can find some videos on youtube or google videos. follow them. also the fitness magazine website also has many videos. you can follow them

  7. I recommend both.  I wear my workout clothes to bed so the first thing I do after I get up and use the restroom is stretch and the last thing I do before I go to bed is the same thing.
