i play soccer, and i am in the process of soccer tryouts. i am not the best runner, but i know that if i am mentally strong..i can push myself to be just as good as other people. the only question is: how can i become mentally strong and relax more? when i play soccer i can get into a really good rythm and play very well..but everytime tryouts come along i get into this bad habit of over analyzing things and playing poorly b.c im trying/thinking too hard. any tips on how i can gain mental strength and also play the best i can without trying too hard?
