just be yourself socially is something you can with careful attention get better and better at with practice,

improve some stuff,improve your self confidence,

believe in yourself and your point of view

relaxation is who you are ,don't try to be someone you're not

also have the courage to speak honestly and express your true feelings, communicate fluently

and become more popular by being the real you.

First popularity is base on kindness and being yourself. Be yourself. First respect yourself. Then respect other people's rights. Then you will be known for being a kind person.

Being popular is all relative.  If you can connect with just one or two good friends, then in that group you will find what you are looking for...a connection.

Popularity is not all it is cracked up to be, I am a school social worker and the so called "popular kids" struggle too...

Just be yourself...and the people that see that will become your friends[true friends]

You might think popular people have all the friends and etc..

but the truth is..the friends don't like them for who they are..just what they have!
