How to become skinny for a teenager? HELP!?

I am 5'4'' and 15 yrs old I WILL NOT diet because that is just stupid!

and i had a bad experience from it

and so far i have been eating healthy for a month or more!! I use to weigh 132 lbs from being lazy but i lost all that weight to get to 115 lbs! tell me some thing i can do to get down to my ideal 104 lbs! don't ask why but tell me what i should do and how long it would take to reach 104 lbs!

  1. You are already thin and I am sure a lot of girls would like to be your size.  However, you may need to tone up.  You might remain the same weight, but your muscles will tighten and cause you to look long and lean.  The only way to accomplish this is through exercise.  

    A few suggestions are:

    Running

    Swimming

    Soccer

    Tennis

    Weight lifting

    Workout to a dvd program


  2. Make sure you discuss this with your doctor to make sure that's a healthy weight for you. If it is, I'm sure they can recommend a nutritionist you can work with to make sure you are getting all your nutrients with less calories. Don't risk developing wrong to weigh 11 lbs less now- it won't be worth it and will cause health problems later which would not be the least bit attractive. So talk to your doctor!

  3. if you lose weight the healthy way, you shouldn't lose more than two pounds a week. so if you lose the maximum of two pounds a week by 1) eating healthy and 2) exercising, say, everyday for about 30 minutues, it would take you about five to six weeks. You realllly shouldn't lose weight faster than that; it means you're either overexerting yourself or not eating correctly.

    for me, i eat healthy by avoiding all red meats, sugar, caffeine, etc. it's not a diet for me so much as it is a lifestyle. (: i exercise every day on my elliptical for at least 35 minutes, burning a minimum of 300 calories. afterwards i do a bunch of reps for my abdominals, so my tummy stays flat and toned and stuff. i've gained about a pound or two from muscles, but since i started last april i've lost.... a /lot/ of weight. i also feel a lot better. (:

    just make sure you don't overdo it. take vitamins, because even if you eat fine you're still doing plenty of exercise and you need energy. drink a loooot of water while you exercise. it's normal to be a little sore after exercise, but if you can't breathe and are in a lot of pain, you may have overexerted yourself.

    also, because you're still 15, you're definitely still growing. i thought i 'stopped' growing at 16 or 17, and now i'm 19 and i've definitely grown more b***s. anyway, you still have a lot of developing to do. make sure that '104' is the actual weight you're supposed to be for your height and frame.

    and, as always, mention to your doctor next time you go in that you've been losing weight. you can ask them any questions you have then, too. (:

  4. If you aren't willing to cut back on calories (which is what it boils down to) then you are going to need to be working out a lot! Do a lot of cardio, if you want to lose those pounds you will need to burn more calories than you eat. As long as you do that you will become the ideal weight you are hoping to be. I would say run and do ellipticals..

  5. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

    and also do loads of crunches and side crunches they are really good for lossing weight. x

  9. to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

    Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.

    Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon  and a fruit.

    Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

    no eating after 7pm !!

    do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

    Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.

    Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.

    Try this for 3weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
