  1. alright bro this is what you need to do. first if he rushes at you rotate your body in the direction he swings at you then he will miss and it also leaves you a clear shot on the side of his face, take that shot.then punch him as hard as you can in the um you the  top part of the stomach like the little pit where if you hit it the person cant breathe and then falls to the floor. but dont worry you cant kill him like that he just knocked out of air.                    THE MASTER4263 YOU CAN FIND ME ON XBOX LIVE IF YOU HAVE IT. GOOD LUCK!!!

  2. Try to putadditional weights on your wrists and do everything with these on... lift weights with them on, box ith them on, etc... When it comes to fight day, you will be used to carrying around that weight....

  3. yup u can, u just need to be motivated enough.

LOTS of push ups will help alot

u can go to a gym teaching boxing or something and take three lessons it will make big different

hit his nose as a start

  4. Best way in one week? PUNCHING DRILLS PUNCHING DRILL S and more PUNCHING DRILLS, work a bag or hold weights and throw many punches, like 6 sets of 50, and practice punching fast too. I did this and i felt improvement within 2 days. It'll help give you an edge over your opponent.

  5. Don't fight. When my cousin's son did it, he was taken to hospital. Show like you want to fight but someone is stopping you. Don't say that. Proceed to hit the boy, but then show like someone from behind the boy stopped you and then show as if you are going to meet the person. Do this if you don't want to break your neck.

  6. Work out stay focused and put your mind to it.

If you say you can win you will. You can do anything if you put your mind to it.Good luck.

Added-What kind of fight are we talking about here anyway

because if its a fight fight than don't do it.If its something you do and practice go for it.

  7. It's all mental,If you've prepared yourself, for the fight up to now, there is no other preparation needed. Now it's all up to you to go out there and put to use everything you've learned and trained for. With that being said Confidence plays every bit of  a major role than anything. If you see it you can do it, if you believe it, you can achieve it.  So what if he's bigger and stronger, you have the mental edge over him. You show no fear in your heart nor your eyes, your body language shows nothing but confidence, and your once your mind is focused on that your body will follow suit.

No Pain. No Fear No Surrender

  8. You cant just get strong in a week it takes a very long time to build up mussel mass. Your best bet is to not fight him. But if you must fight him then good luck and laugh the whole time hes kicking the sh*t out of you.

  9. avoid this fight if you can. remember that in a street fight there are no rules and anything goes when it comes to protecting yourself. you won't get much more physically strong in a week but something that will help is if you jump-rope and shadow box. here are some techniques for self defense...

throw two punches strait at their face quickly to blind them for a second the throw a kick to their thy (a round-house kick)

if your in close hit him with an elbow. an elbow can knock someone out cold in one hit if done properly.

punch, punch to the face and front kick to the groin

    punch to the throat

get in back of them and punch them in the kidneys and the back of the head

and anything else yo can think of that is useful. but most importantly avoid this fight at all costs. violence is wrong. and the police and/or teachers often don't care who started it

  10. Is this a legitimate boxing match or a street fight?

Anyways if its a legit boxing match, I'd do a lot of cardio work to build up your endurance, strength training & sparring.

Edurance: Fighting one round (believe it or not) takes a lot of energy out of you.

    • Run hills or sprints "hard & fast" so your body gets more endurance to last longer in the ring. Jumping jacks and jump rope.  Really work hard like you're actually fighting.

    • Learn to duck, move side to side and quickly back up to keep away from punches.

    • Learn to block punches. (protect your head)

    Power:

    • Do pushups, pullups, dips on a chair, situps, and mountain climbers.

    • Using good form, punch a boxing bag or punch a mattress and always follow through with your punch.

    • Use light weights and punch freely in the air to build arm strength.

    Tips:

    • Good fighting form is really important.  Learn to punch properly or you'll end up hurting yourself.  When you punch, use your hips and shoulders (which you get power from).

    • When you hit the opponent, use only the the 3 outer knuckles upon contact on either hand.

    • Use a friend who's the same height and same physique like the person you're going to fight to understand your opponent more.

    • In my opinion, speed is more important than power.  So the faster you get, the easier it is for you to get out of the way of a punch.

    • Have someone actually punch with pads, so you understand what its like to be hit by a punch.

    • Since your opponent is taller than you, you should focus on punching his body instead of his face.  Chop him down like a big tree.

    • Use fake moves to make him think you're going to throw a punch.  If you move fast like a slight jerk of your body, he might move his arms to protect his head, or body.  Then you can hit him where he's exposed.

    • Most people protect their head in a fight, so hit his body more.

    • Make him use his energy more so he gets tired fast.

    • Eat healthy and stay energized with food.  Don't eat 2 hours before your fight.

    • STAY CALM AND IN CONTROL.  DON'T FORGET YOU'RE TRAINING.

    =========================

I'm hoping this isn't a street fight, but If it is, then you have two options:  You can either fight him or not.  10 years from now, no one's gonna even care about this fight.  You have to remember in any fight, there's always a bigger fish, so even if you beat this guy, someone you fight down the road will beat you.  Its about being the better man.  Remember all street fights end up on the ground, so everything I said above won't help you.

    Good luck.
