If you mean a Marine Corps Pilot, you need to get a bachelor's degree, be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, go to TBS, get an aviation MOS, and then go to Pensacola, FL for 2 years of flight training.

To supplant MVR's reply, if you mean instead a pilot who conducts ships into harbour etc., you need to have been at sea as a ships's officer for some years and to have qualified as a Master Mariner.
