All of the recipes I find are pretty much the same; 2 or 3 parts ice cream to one part milk with some sugar and some vanilla extract added. That part is fine; the only problem is when I blend it, the ice cream floats so I end up with a vanilla-milk float. It's not terrible but it's also not a milkshake! I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. . . should I have my blender on a certain setting or for longer/shorter? Do I just have too much milk?Thanks so much!
