How to block certain numbers from calling?

My ex won't stop calling my work number.. he's going to get me in trouble for calling it non stop. How can I block his number from calling my work phone.. is there anyway?

Yes, you can block his calls.  Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how to do it, as I have never blocked a caller.  However, when my son lived at home, he blocked calls from folks all the time.  The instructions do do it used to be in the phone book under "Services."  However, I don't find it in the newest phone book from AT&T (Indianapolis.)  Call your work phone carrier and ask how to block a call.  If I talk to my son this afternoon, I'll try to post the answer that he gives.  I'm sure others will tell you the procedure to block calls.  Good luck!

If your company has a pbx it would be fairly simple. Just contact your pbx technician and let him/her know you are receiving harassing calls. He'll be able to block the number from calling you. The problem comes in when your ex starts calling from different numbers. A pbx tech will be happy to block one number for you, but if you keep getting the calls and asking to have a bunch of numbers blocked you might run out of favors pretty quick. Good luck.
