How to block incoming spam calls on home phone line?

Someone keep calling my home phone line and the person just let it ring once then hangs up, I picked it up but no one seems to be talking. Is there a way to block the number? Or direct all incoming calls from my home phone to my cell phone so I can track the number down?

Call your phone provider, let them know whats going on. Then you can also forward the calls using i think *72 . Just dial that then the number you would like to forward the calls to. If this doesn't work then call your phone company{land line} they can do it for you... freee.
