How to block vulgar websites / images?

ok well I suspect my younger brother is visiting pornography sites either by accident or coincidence. More to back that up, but mainly, can anyone give me some tips on how to get some free software to monitor what he goes on, and to block something if he should happen to stumble or enter upon it. My parents don't want us doing that, and I'm prepared to enforce that rule.

    Click on preferences

    go down to where it says "SafeSearch Filtering"

    & click on strict filtering

    It give color codes on good/not so good websites.

    Trying to monitor these things is a whole project in itself, you can't block everything, but I hope that helps.

    They have a program called XWatch that serves to block websites and to email notify when one attempts to access an inappropriate site.
