Sure you can, don't worry about the country and language that you enter when you first log on to their website. Enter the country you'll be traveling from, and Air Asia will show you the best prices and destinations from that country. Anybody can fly AirAsia, I live in Asia and have flown AirAsia before and used my American credit card and was able to complete the transaction without any problems. Just be careful on AirAsia and other budget carriers in Asia, many of them have much lower baggage allowances than the major international carriers and will charge you a fair amount for overweight baggage.
