No. Even you can't be sure of getting two seats adjascent with current available features of www.irctc.co.in...I have suggested a long back to them to adopt a seat selection system like RajTravels. But didn't get reply. Anyway. It's really a good website with very user-friendly design and I can't blame it at all for such small problems.
