How to boost my self confidence?

im afraid of making mistakes, easily got frustrated.. when i'm down, i can't seem to be happy nor positive..

how can i boost my self confidence?

  1. Focus on good things.

    Tell yourself that you did a good job, instead of worrying "did I mess that up" if you keep in an optimistic mindset, it'll become second nature.

    If you have problems with becoming frustrated, stop yourself and stop doing what is getting you upset.  Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths for about ten seconds, or if it can wait, put it down for an hour if you need to.  Just stay collected, and when you get back to the task, it'll be easier to focus.

    If you are having a difficult time getting into a happier mood, try forcing yourself to do things that are fun.  Go out with some friends, or go watch a movie you know that you like.  Try watching comedy central.  If you occupy your time, you'll forget about not being happy and eventually will enjoy yourself.
