  1. Biceps, Triceps, Quads, Shins, Ankles, and mostly Shoulders... have some strong, massive shoulders...

  2. do loads of cardio training, get taller by drinking plenty of milk.

thats the basics, Remember you are only 15, and you are still going to grow until the ga eof 21-25. You will get stronger and more muscles, and will get faster in time

  3. bowling fast depends on many things.

Fitness - Workout in gym improve your fitness grow some muscles it will improve your speed.

Diet - Don't eat junk food etc always eat healthy diet ask some fast bowler about diet of fast bowlers.

Action - Speed is very much depends on your action, runup and follow up while delevering ball. For somebody like Brett Lee its easy to bowl fast because of his action he can generate much speed. You said you have a similar action to shane bond for person with shane bond action bowling fast is not easy if you tried to bowl very quick you will get injured just like Bond. Meet some fast bowler soach or something he will make some adjustment in your action runup to allow you bowl quick

  4. u want to generate pace than concentrate on ur head ,  if at time of delivery it is close to ur hands  then  u generate pace and accuracy , when u r delivering try to have fast arm rotation , it will make a batsman look   tense.

speed  totally depands upon power   ur  muscles   ,,    go to gym  and develop  biceps and triceps
