    if you do it well, and not too much, it can look really good.

    but be careful not to overdo it, because anyone with too much makeup on--guys OR girls--looks bad

  15. That depends on the amount and style of make-up. Most actors and celebrities you see on screen have make-up on. It's just applied in a non-feminine style. Alternatively, male rockers wear black eyeliner. Some rock the look (Jared Leto), other look plain horrid (Ozzy Osbourne)
