How to brainwash myself to hate food ? ?

i wanna lose 40 lbs in a month but i keep thinking about food i just wanna be very slim , help ,.plz

  1. Don't Starve yourself, then you wont lose anything.

    And be realistic 40 lbs isn't a good goal for one month, you'll get sick... very sick. If you eat the right foods, they shouldn't counteract your diet. Maybe 5-15 lbs is a good goal.  


  2. Food is not the enemy. Unhealthy food are. Just think about the effect it has on your body. Also, crazy idea, try exercising.  

  3. you don't hate food because it's contrary to survival. we are supposed to enjoy food. it's what fuels our bodies and gives our cells what they need to live. instead of trying to be slim, why don't you try to be as healthy as possible. Fill up on foods like whole grain brown rice, oatmeal and fresh veggies. Eat other foods in moderation. Take a vitamin each day. Get plenty of sleep and adequate exercise. Do these things and your weight will take care of itself. Please remember your body is the vehicle for your soul and it needs to function well for the rest of your life. Take good care of it!
