use many mucles and make yourself small, stiff arm them on the top of their helmet, or just run away

im not sure if its something you can learn i cant run fast but whenever i play football im good at runningback becouse i can break alot of tackles i dont know how i learned though sorry

Get your shoulders low and hit the **** out of them. Aim for their knees so that they don't get baCK up.

It's easy...you stay low and keep your feet moving, if your trying to run someone over drop the pad level and keep the feet moving through contact, if you're wrapped up already, you stay low and keep the feet going. If you're trying to get out via spin, you stay low move feet, plant quick turn and keep the feet moving.

get low and keep choping ur feet once you hit somebody dont stop just keep going
