  1. Here's an idea: Don't try to defraud Apple, you idiot. You may not HAVE a warranty since you bought it second-hand and you don't have any proof of purchase to prove you bought it. (As far as Apple would be concerned, you might have stolen it. I'm not saying you did, but can you prove to me you bought it from Apple or a local store?)

Deal with it or don't buy used next time.

    ***

    FROM THE WARRANTY:

"Apple, as defined below, warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”)."

== You're not the original purchaser.

"This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-Apple products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;"

== (b) If you try to break it.

  2. ok so .. thats kinda dis honest... but o well.. what you could always do,.... is go to future shop and buy one then put that one in the box and return it.. or you could go to walmart and return it .. if you dont have a reciept then they credit you  with an in store card... then you can go buy you  ipod
