How to breathe with your diaphragm?

can anybody explain fully how to breathe your your diaphragm, or are there any good websites that actually teach you, or useful tips about it etc. pleease.

  1. Your diaphram is how you actually breathe. When you watch a sleeping person, their STOMACH is what moves, not their chest. I'm not sure how much it helped, but my choir teacher had us go home, but a textbook (a thicker one) on our stomach and raise it when we breathe. Its supposed to strenghten your diaphram and help you hold notes longer.


  2. Actually try not to move your stomach. Keep it flat, like you're sucking it in. Breathe in by expanding your chest. *That's* using your diaphragm.

  3. if u aren't breathing with it then your dead
