How to bring my child back USA ??

Me and My wife went to India (home country) with our only child(1 year --borned in USA) . While comming back she did not come and kept our child. Now she refuses to come to USA ever. How can I make sure my child comes back before or after divorce ?

You'll need a lawyer and a court date. Your child is a US citizen and therefore allowed the help of the US Embassy or Consulate nearest to where your wife lives now in India. Does your child hold a US passport? If so, did your child enter India on a US passport? This makes a big difference, but in any case, you'll certainly need a lawyer for this problem if you and your wife can't work this out.
