I have PCOS, and I have been pretty regular lately. I haven't had my period since july 1st. I was just wondering if there is a non perscribed medication out there that will help bring on my period. I am not pregnant. I cannot go see the doctor right now, and i'd rather not get into it on why I cant. I exercise regulary, and I am eating healthy, and its not working. I cant see my doctor till next month.

  1. Ok, I have no idea how old you are so I am assuming you are an adult who is hopefully in a consenting relationship.  If I'm ever late, having s*x helps me start.  I am not familiar with PCOS, so this may not work for you.  However, it does seem that you do need to go to the doctor as soon as you are able to.  Also, don't forget, stress can through things all out of wack.

  2. I don't know if this is a healthy thing to do or not, so take this advice at your own risk! But I have PCOS, and when I want to bring mine on, I take the pill (in my case, microgynon 30) for a few days, then when I stop taking it, I come on pretty much instantley.

Some sort of hormone boost I guess.
