How to bring your whole family to Australia?

Question

My children, my husband and I are moving to Australia by investing my money in Australia's government. And I wanna bring my mother with us but according to the "privileges" I can have is: "you can only bring your children, and husband".

*NOTE: we're after the citizenship. We wanna have my mother Australian citizenship as well.

So my question is: how can I bring my mother? are there any ways I can or something?

As far as I know,your Mam will be able to come to Australia.
