Well I just want to be able to broadcast my own music and even maybe some talk radio. I'm not gonna get a license and all that stuff I just want a small little thing that some friends can listen to. Anyone know anything I can use?

  1. I recommend Shoutcast which I think incorporates winamp or is part of it or something. They also have a forum to explain everything you need to know to get started.

  2. not a joke!

  3. Make a pod cast

  4. two tin cans and a length of string

  5. I certainly do, and I'll be damned if I'll tell you.  What you're proposing is illegal, called "bootlegging" and if you succeed, you WILL be caught, and quickly.  The first fine is in the range of $7,500.00 to $10,000.00 and can be accompanied with up to a year in federal prison.  Subsequent fines can amount to tens of thousands of dollars.

The FCC takes all such violations seriously.  Get smart and don't fugg around...even a signal so low-powered it can't be heard more than a hundred yards away is illegal.  Youth and ignorance are not acceptable excuses and the administrative law judge who decides your punishment will NOT give a kid a break!

  6. Go to ToysRus and go to the spykids section there is a little Toy, it creats your own frequency to about 500m around you. Its very cool go ask a someone at ToysRus.
