How to browse link start with telnet?

my ie cant open a link like telnet://XXXXX.XXXX, how to deal with it???

  1. Well, telnet is not a browser so you can't "browse".  Telnet is a text connection.  You open a TEXT window "start - run - cmd " then in the "DOS/Command" window you type  telnet 192.168.1.1  or whatever IP you want to connect into.  Not all servers or computers will have telnet open, I sure don't on any or our web servers!  Its a very weak, insecure, not good method to communicate. SSH is much safer and better.
