How to build a bedroom within a garage?

we are closing the garage and converting it into a bedroom and a laundry/mudroom. any ideas on it? we never use the garage for our cars, so we figured we could use the space for living.

Well, is the garage insulated? If it isn't, that needs to be done, or it will be one cold bedroom. Garages are not built to have heat control, and may have a shortage of electrical outlets. Make sure that all these needs are met! Then, you can install flooring, drywall, ceiling etc and begin decorating! It should be great. Good luck!
