How to build a charitable foundation in the philippines?

i want to start building a non-profit foundation here in the philippines but i am not aware on how to start and how to register. pls send me a website and tips that will give certain requirements in registering a foundation! thanks!

you can go to securities and exchange commission in ortigas  near POEA and ask information about charitable foundation and they will give you a form to fill up and also will give you a requirements
