It has no ads and has 500mb of web space. This is not just for business websites, works great for other kinds of sites. MS is giving a free domain name for the 1st year.

First write the HTML to display the content. Then host it using a free hosting service (heaps found here http://www.free-webhosts.com/ ). I personally host my own website, so you may want to install a simple web server like WAMP or XAMPP and then use http://www.no-ip.com/ to get a domain.

There are free services through Yahoo and others that allow you to create a site for free.  The URL will be long and cannot be customized, and they stick ads on the site as well in exchange for offering the free service.  You can use software like Microsoft Frontpage to create the website without any HTML/programming knowledge.

If you want your own domain (www.yourname.com) and custom e-mail, you will need to register the domain and set-up website hosting as well.  You should be able to do both for less than $25/year.

i tried getting a free domain it's impossible.

but, there is retarded sites that are free just not cutom URL

and you NEED html programming knowledge. but don't worry it's so simple it doesn't feel like programing.. javascript is a bit diffrent i have to copy paste most of that.

Use one of the services out there provided by large entities such as Yahoo, Google, or a major ISP. What are you building the website for? Is it meant to be a blog? Check out many of the free blogging websites out there that offer the service free. Blogger.com is a good start.

you cant get websites for free, unless its part of another website. you have to pay for domain names. and youre going to need to learn html. dont worry though, its easy :D
