Honestly I don't know but if I were you I'd just buy one with all the curved wood, it would be a real pain in the bum to build a trap.  You said cage I assume you mean trap.  If I'm wrong let me know because a cage/ aquarium is easier.  Also honestly where I live in Maine, and all, if I really wanted one I'd just steal it off somebodys lawn  :)

all you need to do is get a metal cage and cut a hole in the cage about the size of a softball. Bend the wires so that they are going into the cage, that way the lobsters can go in the cage but can not come out
