How to build a pub pool table?

Everyone I've ever spoken too who got the idea into their head to make their own table have always come to the same conclusion...not worth the effort.  Pub-sized tables are cheap and readily available.  Just buy a good one from your local billiards retail store.  Cheers.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
