How to build a realistic lo0king pop out stripper cake ????

i really need help me and a friend are trying to suprise a i guy i like and his twin! yaaay! so i really need help on this so i want it to lo0k real so they wil just think its a huge cake!

On ace of cakes they make different kinds of cakes-real and not.  Some parts are made of styrafoam or other non-edible parts and they still ice them like normal cakes- thats how you make them look normal- cover them in icing like a real cake
