How to build a wakeboard?

hello

i would like to know how to build a wakeboard i have been researching but i dont know what wood to make it out of and like how thick would be another good question but if you could tell me anything that would be great

I really think buying one would be a much better idea.   You can get an entry level board a very reasonable price at almost any sporting goods store.  They even sell super-entry level boards at walmart now.  I understand the satisfaction that comes from building your own gear, but I'm not sure it's worth it on this one.
